Widnes FC are delighted to announce that Finlay Sinclair-Smith's loan from Blackpool has been extended until the end of the season.
The 18-year-old forward has been an ever-present since arriving from the Seasiders on an initial one-month loan deal last month, making five appearances and scoring once in all competitions.
Sinclair-Smith is available for selection for Saturday's trip to Prescot Cables, and co-manager Kev Towey is hoping that Widnes will see the very best of the youngster during the run-in.
"You can see bits of exactly why he's a full-time footballer and what he gives you," Towey said earlier this month.
"The thing with him is he's not played a lot of competitive men's football so match sharpness is still not at 100%.
"If we can get him anywhere near his maximum between now and the end of the season, we'll have a very good player on our hands."
