The two sides will meet for the second time in a month after Ossett travel to Widnes in the BetVictor Northern Premier League Division One North West action earlier in September.

The tie will be played at Ingfield on Saturday 28th September, just 17 days after the clubs meet at the Halton Stadium in league action.

In their first season as United after the merger of Ossett Albion and Ossett Town last summer, Andy Welsh's side reached the second qualifying round of the competition before losing at Lancaster City.

Meanwhile, Widnes will be looking to progress beyond the extra preliminary round for the first time after losing at Droylsden at the same stage last season.

The winners face a trip to Dunston on Saturday 12th October.
