Liverpool Senior Cup semi-final brought forward

Widnes’ Liverpool Senior Cup semi-final tie against Marine will now be played on Monday 8th January, at the request of the Mariners.

With Marine due to play in the FA Trophy at Dover Athletic on Saturday 13th January, we have agreed to bring the tie forward as Marine players, officials and supporters would only be arriving back on Merseyside in the early hours of Sunday morning (14th).

In addition, the tie will now be played at the Marine Travel Arena due to the unavailability of the Halton Stadium, kick-off at 7.45pm.
