Macron Cup final winning goalscorer Sam Sheen has committed his future to Widnes by signing a new contract.
Sheen becomes the third player to sign a new deal to remain with the Club until the summer of 2019 after Jay Roberts and Ben Hodkinson.
Sheen has made 54 appearances for Widnes since signing from St Helens Town in October 2016, scoring six goals.
Sam has been a pivotal part of the club's recent success, playing vital roles in the First Division title-winning side in 2017, and last season's promotion/cup winning double squad.
Away from the First Team, Sam took on the role of Under 7s Coach last summer and has since flourished in the role.
Sheen ended the season on a high, scoring the winner in Widnes' 2-1 Macron Cup final win over Burscough at Fleetwood Town's Highbury Stadium last month.
