Widnes' Evo-Stik League Division One West fixture at Glossop North End has been brought forward and will now be played on Saturday 13th October (3.00pm).

The Whites had been due to visit the Hillmen in January but Steve Akrigg and Kev Towey's men will now travel to Derbyshire a week on Saturday after both sides were knocked out of the FA Trophy at the weekend.

The two sides went head-to-head at The Offside Trust Stadium last month, with Widnes running out 2-0 winners after goals from Michael Grogan and Jamie Rainford.
