NPL to pay respects to Leicester City crash victims

By Callum Chadwick

A minute's silence to be held before Widnes' game against Clitheroe

EVO-STIK Northern Premier League clubs will pay their respects to the Leicester City helicopter crash victims with a minute's silence before their next home game.

This is as a mark of respect for Leicester City chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, two members of his staff Nursara Suknamai and Kaveporn Punpare, pilot Eric Swaffer and his partner Izabela Roza Lechowicz, who tragically died in a helicopter crash outside the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

The Club sends its sincere condolences to the families of those who lost their lives. Our thoughts are with them, and everyone at Leicester City Football Club.
